Why Join?  There are many opportunities for exhibiting your art. Besides our standing exhibits, we have an occasional regional show. We also exhibit our work in other areas of Georgia such as Mableton, Lawrenceville and we continue keeping our eyes open for opportunity.  DFAA is a good place to meet other artists, to get involved with art in the community, and to hone your artistic skills through our presentations, workshops and other artists.  Receive discounts at several local art supply and framing stores with your membership.

Membership Categories:

• Active:  $35. For those who wish to actively participate in the internal affairs and functions of the the group with the right to vote and hold office. Active members are required to perform a minimum of ten service hours per year. This service may be active involvement with a committee, special event coordination and various tasks as needs arise.
• Associate:  $50. For those who do not wish to actively participate in the internal affairs of the group. Associate members may attend meetings but do not have a vote. They may exhibit at DFAA shows following all member rules.

Membership Dues:

Our group is active 9 months of the year beginning in September and continuing to the following May. We do not meet in June, July or August. Annual membership dues are to be paid each April for the upcoming session. Paying dues in April ensures that each artist's name and contact information will be displayed both on this website and our group directory.
